He has held senior leadership positions at Savills Middle East and Red Sea Global, where he advised leading developers and UHNW clients on some of the region’s most significant residential projects, spanning the GCC and key global markets.
Mona
Design & Architecture
Mona Ramzy is a visionary architect and interior architect, primarily based in Dubai, with a portfolio spanning Egypt and London. With over 20 years of experience designing luxury private homes and more than 15 years specializing in hospitality and hotel design, she is known for crafting refined, immersive environments rooted in strong cultural narratives and contemporary sophistication. Formerly the founder of a high-end furniture retail business, Mona brings an exceptional understanding of bespoke detailing, craftsmanship, and materiality to every project. From exclusive residences and boutique resorts to large-scale hotels, her work balances elegance, functionality, and a deeply considered guest and living experience.

Stephen has over 25 years’ experience in property development and finance. Formerly of Shanly Homes, he founded Shanly Finance to provide fast, practical funding solutions for SME developers, combining hands-on construction experience with commercial and financial oversight.
